Overview: The wireless network security risks course includes an overview of the different wireless technologies and designs and their security risks. Different wireless networks will be setup, where the attendees join the network with their own WiFi, Bluetooth or Infrared enabled laptops, PDA, (smart) phones. Live demo and security issues will be addressed, including solutions to minimize these security risks.

Audience: This course targets both novice and experienced professionals who wish to gain a solid understanding of the security risks in wireless networking

Prerequisites: It is recommended that all students have at least a basic knowledge of IT and networking. Students can bring their laptop, PDA, smartphone (WiFi, Bluetooth, Infrared enabled)
